Free 15 minute discovery call - 15 minutes to discuss your main concern, any questions you may have and if this is the right space to start working together!

Initial Consultation - 90 minutes @ $180
All new patients require an initial consultation. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your concerns at length and work together in discovering your health history, finding the root cause, and building a prescription to achieve your goals.

Return Consultation - 45-60 minutes @ $90
A return consultation is planned and booked after your initial consultation to check-in on how you are progressing, get an update on your symptoms, and if you require any additional changes/supplements.

Please have any recent blood tests, medications or supplements you are taking handy for me to refer to in your consultation. Following a consultation, you will be emailed a detailed prescription, including any handouts, meal plans and supplements within 24-48 hrs.

All consultations are 1:1 Telehealth (Zoom). So get comfortable in your own space and I’ll see you soon!
