Golden Turmeric Granola

My go-to granola recipe that I have been making for yeaarrrrrssss

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
1/2 cup seeds - sunflower, pepitas, chia seeds etc
1/2 cup nuts - almonds, cashews, walnuts etc
1/4 cup ginger powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup or raw honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1/2 cup dried fruit

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees

  2. Mix the dry ingredients together, except dried fruit if adding, then add all wet ingredients. Stir to combine.

  3. Place evenly on a baking tray

  4. Bake for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes - always put a timer on!

  5. Let cool completely, then stir through your dried fruit if desired

  6. Store in an airtight jar. Lasts around 3 months - but you’ll definitely eat it quicker than at x
